5) Refund policy for making receiving registration fee through payment gateway furnished below:

PROCEDURE FOR REMITTANCE/REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES FOR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AS EXPORTER OF SPICES

The fee for renewal as well as fresh registration for Certificate of Registration as Exporter of Spices [CRES] with effect from 1st April 2018 are detailed below. The registration fees shall be remitted through the payment gateway.

REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES

Registration/renewal fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded except in the following circumstances:

1.Multiple times debiting of Applicant Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Applicant's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Applicant.

2.Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Applicant Card/Bank Account but the online application submission for registration/renewal is unsuccessful. Applicant would be allowed to resubmit the application at no extra fee. However, if in such cases, Applicant wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded the net amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.

3.The Applicant will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments. The application for refund should be sent to mail id : marketing.sb-ker@gov.in

4. The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by the Board through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
